Emotions, just like things, sounds, light and absolutely everything in the Universe, are simply energy. We experience feelings or emotions as an interpretation of a particular frequency. Negative emotions have low frequencies and positive ones have high frequencies. Emotions like anger, anxiety, fear, craving, jealousy, grief, guilt, unworthiness or shame have a low frequency. Positive ones like courage, acceptance, optimism, forgiveness, love, peace, joy, bliss and enlightenment have progressively higher frequencies. 

Alchemy is the transmutation of a base metal like lead, into a noble metal, like gold. It is the search for the elixir of life and the pursuit of enlightenment. It is the secret to vibrating at a higher frequency.

Emotional Alchemy™ is a therapeutic practice that I have developed over the last 10 years that incorporates hypnosis, some aspects of EFT, parts therapy, regression therapy, psychic cord cutting and spirit release therapy. It is an extraordinarily fast and effective way to release past trauma, negative emotions, unhelpful habits ( or beliefs) as well physical pain...permanently!

Emotional Alchemy™ is about going to the root of an issue by using the incredible power of our imagination to transmute all negative  energy into the positive. It is about removing the emotional blocks that cause depression, anxiety, PTSD, failed relationships, addiction and self sabotage that prevents people from being mentally and physically healthy. This class is about as far away from 'talk therapy' (or 'Pharmacotherapy') as is possible to be!  

The Emotional Alchemy™ courses are for holistic healers. hypnotherapists, psychotherapists, doctors, nurses, teachers and anyone who wants to help their friends and family release whatever it that's holding them back from being their best selves. 

They are also for people who are interested in discovering a way that they can heal themselves emotionally, physically and spiritually using the power of their imagination.

The first class is a  12 hour courses spread over two days. You can attend this one online using Zoom.us. You will need to download the Zoom app and it would be good to have headphones.

The next proposed dates for Emotional Alchemy are - 

Class 1: 

Saturday and Sunday, 22nd and 23rd April 2023

8am -3.30pm EST - which includes breaks and time for lunch/dinner. 

These times may change depending on the location of the actual participants.

The cost is $290  for online participation

Class 2: TBC

Class 1 is a prerequisite for class 2.

There will be opportunities for some people to work with me during the class in order to give examples of what I'll be talking about as well as to work with partners.
